I bet you’ve all been reading the Blue Sheet with lots of interest, as I always do, and thought to yourself “blimey, there’s a lot of Baden-Powell stuff going on around the County!” Well you’re right! The Baden-Powell award is the highest award a Guide can work for, it’s a fantastic opportunity to make new friends, learn new skills and challenge even your heartiest Guide. One of the best things about doing this award is the Baden-Powell Adventure at the end. A weekend run by your friendly (and often over enthusiastic) Guide Advisor and trusty side kick, the BP adventure is a chance to celebrate each BP girls success and give them a taste of life on the other side (that is, Senior Section!) We’ve got another fun packed weekend ahead planned in Lowestoft 17th-19th Feb 2012. So, if your girls have completed their BP and are looking for an Adventure, look no further. This event is open to girls who have either completed their BP or have finished 6 or more clauses.If you’re reading this and have no girls that are doing their BP, you need to join in the fun and action, which is clearly evident by all the BP related articles you’ve been reading.
