The proformas (mentioned in the first Newsletter), to keep the county informed of what you and your girls are up to, can also be downloaded here. This is just a way of us keeping up to date with what is going on at unit, district and division level. There are two forms; one for group activities and one if you wish to get involved as an individual. Please use a separate form for each activity or event. This information will be kept on a database in the county office and will also be used for statistical purposes and to ensure we have the resources available should any kind of support be required.
