Girlguiding is the UK’s leading charity for girls and young women, offering them a space to have fun, make friends, and develop important life skills. We have different sections for each age group: Rainbows (ages 4-7), Brownies (ages 7-10), Guides (ages 10-14), and Rangers (ages 14-18). To sign your child up, simply visit our Join Us page and fill out the registration form. We’ll match your child with a local unit in Norfolk, and you’ll be contacted by a leader to discuss availability and the next steps.

Within Girlguiding Norfolk, girls get to do all sorts of exciting things! From outdoor adventures like camping and hiking to learning new skills like cooking, crafting, and giving back to the community. Whether it’s earning badges, taking on challenges, or just having fun with friends, there’s always something going on. We make sure every activity helps build confidence, teamwork, and leadership—all while having a great time! Each age group has activities designed just for them, so there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

We’re always looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help us deliver fantastic experiences for girls across Norfolk! Whether you have specific skills to share or just want to lend a hand, there are various roles available to fit your interests and availability.
