World Thinking Day 2021
Today members and friends of Girlguiding Norfolk are joining ten million girls and young women across the world in over 150 countries to celebrate World Thinking Day.
Here in Norfolk we are very proud to be part of the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS).
The WAGGGS theme for 2021 is Peace and Peacebuilding. Lots of celebrations and events have been taking place over the weekend and many more will take place today right across our county, including many promise renewals. This year most of these events will be virtual so a new experience for us all!
Do take 5 minutes to read our World Thinking Day edition of the Blue Sheet.
Sending you our best wishes for a happy and peaceful World Thinking Day.
Carol Bundock, County President
Christine Martin, County Commissioner
