EVAC offers both indoor accommodation in the purpose-built Iceni House, a tented village and a wealth of other camping opportunities on its sites. It is close to the River Yare, west of Norwich.

The ground floor of Iceni House incorporates a large assembly hall, seminar rooms, conference rooms, a kitchen and a climbing wall. On the upper floors are eight dormitory bedrooms, some with en-suite facilities. Activities on site include high ropes, canoeing, archery, abseiling and rifle shooting.
