King’s Lynn Division is West of Norfolk and has three districts which are Freebridge Marshland, King’s Lynn North and King’s Lynn South.

The area is a mixture of rural and urban and is spread over a large area. We have units in Wootton, in the Fens and as far as North Runcton.

Freebridge Marshland consists of:-

  • 1 Joint Rainbow and Brownie unit
  • 3 Rainbow units
  • 3 Brownie units
  • 1 Guide unit
  • 1 Senior Section unit

King’s Lynn North consists of:-

  • 4 Rainbow units
  • 5 Brownie units
  • 4 Guide units
  • 1 Senior Section unit

King’s Lynn South consists of:-

  • 2 Rainbow units
  • 4 Brownie units
  • 2 Guide units

We also have a Division Senior Section unit.

In King’s Lynn Division we have 484 young people in the units.

We also have 163 wonderful volunteers who so freely give their time, effort, energy and commitment for the benefit of the young people.

We enjoy holding Division events to get together with our guiding friends. An afternoon tea was recently held where sandwiches, scones, delicious cakes and of course endless cups of tea were served to deserving leaders. All volunteers were given a thank you gift of a candle with the Girlguiding logo on and a thank you message.
