Girlguiding Norfolk is proud of the way our volunteers support all of our members.
Girlguiding Norfolk is one of twelve counties within Girlguiding Anglia region. We work within the county and region to offer opportunities to support all of the leaders who volunteers to organise activities for younger members. Whatever skills you are willing to share - we could use them! Together we can grow and support our younger members to become our future leaders - if you want to inspire the next generation - join us!
We offer girls the opportunity to find their voice and build their skills and confidence. We inspire them to discover their best and empower them to make a difference in their local community. Leaders are supported to run a national programme, encouraging members to build on their skills as they grow.

Girlguiding Norfolk
Girlguiding Norfolk is a vibrant community dedicated to empowering girls and young women across the region. Norfolk is known for its stunning landscapes, from picturesque coastlines and charming villages to the serene Broads. With 90 miles of coastline, a royal estate, rural communities and a city with a Norman castle - we have a lot to offer! This unique environment provides an ideal backdrop for outdoor adventures, making our guiding experience truly special.
With a rich history and a commitment to fostering leadership, friendship, and personal growth, we create a supportive space where girls can explore their interests and develop new skills. Our programs reflect the spirit of Norfolk, incorporating local traditions and outdoor activities that celebrate our beautiful surroundings. From beach hikes to nature conservation projects, we emphasize the importance of connecting with our environment.
We offer diverse activities for all age groups, including arts and crafts, science experiments, and community service projects, all designed to promote teamwork, confidence, and a sense of belonging. Our younger members are supported by teams of volunteers who run meetings - and those volunteers are also supported by teams of adults in adviser or team leader roles.
