South West Norfolk division

As our title suggests we are to be found in the South West of the county, with the Fens on the West border, the county of Suffolk to the South, urban towns to the East and then the delights of countryside & coast to the North. 

We feel we are a true mix of all that Norfolk is proud to call its own. Our four districts are based around Thetford, Downham Market, Swaffham and Watton. 

We are rather a sprawling division, each of the four districts being unique in their own talents. All are bursting with enthusiasm and skills from the guiders & volunteers through to each girl in the various units.  

We are very lucky to have one of the most popular activity Centres, The Bidwell, situated in the Thetford district, which is readily available to us. 

Not only regular weekly meetings are on offer, but Rainbows benefit from overnight stays, our Brownie units manage to get away on pack holidays and Guides enjoy their annual camps, plus the opportunity is given regularly not only to venture to various parts of the county  but also to travel abroad as well. 

A warm welcome is offered to anyone who would like to join us in our guiding community and we look forward to hearing from anyone who would like to learn more and meet us in South West division.
