Subscriptions Key Dates 2026

Tuesday 20th January 2026 at 12pm:

Trial invoices will be available. These reflect the number of active members recorded on GO. Trial invoices will update every 24 hours as units update girl members, and Commissioners update adult members on GO. All updates to the number of active members in a level must be made by 7pm on Monday 16th February 2026, after which GO and the subscription trial invoices will be unavailable.

Tuesday 17th February 2026 at 12pm:

The official and payable 2026 Subscription invoices will be available to download from GO at noon and payment will be due in full. No amendments to official invoice amounts are accepted.

Around Friday 13th March 2026:

We’ll send a reminder email to the main contact of any level that hasn’t yet paid their official invoice

Friday 27th March 2026 at 12pm:

The subscription finance team must receive all cheque payments by the above deadline. They do not need to clear by this date, just be received. After which, any outstanding invoice payments will be the Counties responsibility to resolve with the local level.

From Monday 27th April 2026:

Levels collecting a levy will receive one repayment from for all monies received and cleared.
